Low-E PREMIUM double glazing (< 1.0)

Order HR++ PREMIUM Glass

HR++ PREMIUM glass is insulating glazing that consists of two panes with an Argon gas-filled cavity between them. One of the panes has a PREMIUM HR coating applied to the glass, which is positioned on the inner side of the cavity. This coating is a thin metallic layer that is barely visible and is protected from damage due to its placement within the cavity.

The HR PREMIUM coating provides even better insulation than the standard HR coating. In most cases, this results in a U-value improvement of about 0.1 compared to the standard HR++ coating at a comparable cavity width. With a cavity width of 15 and 16 mm, you can even achieve a U-value of 1.0. To meet the HR++ standard, the gas-filled cavity must be at least 13 mm wide. If it is narrower, the pane falls under the HR+ or HR standard.
